Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Products that are personalized, used, or have been opened (where applicable) may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at support@solefitness.shop or call us at (505) 805-1120. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve received your return request, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other items that came with it. Ship the item back to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
  • A restocking fee may apply for certain items, including large equipment or items that have been opened or used.
  • In cases where the product is returned damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of heavy usage, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping. To expedite this process, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Opened or used items that cannot be resold
