- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost for faster delivery (typically 2-3 business days).
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. However, if you are located outside the U.S. and wish to inquire about international shipping, please contact us for more details.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes for smaller items; however, for larger items such as gym equipment, we may require a physical street address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely, sometimes things can happen during transit. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Changes to Shipping Information
